Enfeeble-Momentum of Tranquility

Artist:
Enfeeble
Release:
Momentum of Tranquility
Label:
Independent

Enfeeble are pretty ‘old’ band, so to say, or better said mature one. They were formed in 2005 in Germany but didn’t go public for a long time. The reason was the tendency of finding the right course of music they want to perform, create and play. Mostly experimenting with thrash metal and modern music of any sort Enfeeble kind of made something new and entertaining. In 2014 they released the first incarnation entitled Encapsulate the Moment.

Dynamic Syndicate-Higher State Of Consciousness

Artist:
Dynamic Syndicate
Release:
Higher State Of Consciousness
Label:
Echozone

Dynamic Syndicate is a nice choice for a band's name,I think! At least, this was my thought, initially. This formation-previously not known to me-seem to focus on delivering a crossover of rock and electronic sounds. This mix has been attempted countless times so far,so the big question here is whether this trio has the inspirational skills to pull this through, succesfully.

In the end, music can be simple, yet when it comes straight from the heart,it can reach certain levels of beauty. There is certainly no place for anxiety,or hysteria. You just have to feel and,at the same time, possess the ability to transcend this feeling in a simple, vital way,in order to touch the listener's emotions. And that is the result of the listening session of Dark Plain's debut, simply called,"Breathe".

Bionic-Meadowland

Bionic
Release:
Meadowland
Label:
Echozone

If someone had to take a guess regarding Bionic's sound identity, just by looking at the artwork of this disc,he/she should simply have to take a look at the song titles.Let me explain myself a bit:apart from the title, each and every one of their tracks, is accompanied by the exact number of beats per minute(bpm), that it contains. Now, that certainly reminds me of a metronome! On a second thought, though, it would not be difficult to assume that this Teutonic duo specialises into delivering electro sounds, of some sort.

Kalt-Der Sturm

Der Sturm

Echozone

I must admit that "Der Sturm" is a totally emphatic title,to begin with! The most avid of our readers might propably remember that I have already reviewed this band, some time ago. What we have here,is obviously their new work, consisting of eleven songs, intro+outro, included.Once more, their music is released by the mighty Echozone, who,in recent years has risen to the point of being one of the leading labels, when it comes to dark music fetishisms-may it be electro, industrial,or even gothic and dark wave.

Minerve

Repleased
Label:
Echozone

Since Minerve's last effort was simply entitled "Pleased",I think it would be safe to assume on my behalf, that most of you understand that this album consists of remixes. An easy one,as the title suggests its nature:"Repleased"that is.Delivering a remix album, right after releasing a succesful recording, such as the aforementioned "Pleased",would naturally seem as the logical step to do.There is a catch in the above sentence though:did I just say remix album?A Marathon of remixes would be a more appropriate description for this,as what we are dealing here is a
