Hello hello!!!

I m Yiota , I m 28 years old and I m a French teacher, doing a second master degree in literature, I’ m keen on social issues like immigration, identity, pupils immigrants e.t.c and I m working at the team of Polydromo (periodical for bilinguism and multiculturalism in Education and Society)

 BUT among my passions and I could focus on it… is  music!!!Our music!! Dark gothic electro fields as I was printing in my posters of 1999..Since then I organize parties in Thessaloniki mainly.( sorockos, byra,stones, kryfto). And in  2009-2010 I was djing  every Wednesday at Kryfto ( valaoritou 31, Thessaloniki),organizing also parties for different association as Subshine.Sorokos was my first place that I played music and I was playing for several years every Thursday and Sunday.”Sisters of the dark side” was also one nickname that we were using with another girl also passionate with our music, to our first radio shows.

I was djing in France in Le Mans ( Café Berlin),in England, Coventry and  in Kalamata,  my birthplace ( Drink Bar , Berlin Bar, Karibik Bar, Verdi, aloa) and as the music is my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn’t live without concerts, festivals abroad or in  Greece.

I used to have a radio show from 2001 till 2004.”Dark gothic electro fields”..  in 1431 am. I love festivals and people that they are mad for music!! !Darkwave, post punk ,new wave, EBM, industrial and whatever…makes me melancholically free!!I’ m djing because I can’t imagine myself without music and this atmosphere that it is created among people that they love the same kind of music..during my dj sets..
