Marco  from the ELECTRO / EBM band C-Lekktor from Mexico gives an interview to Sakis Synthetic Axiotis for subexistance.

Hey Marco,give us a little bio about the group and how and why  did you decide to form the band?
Well i started with the project aroud 2003 its was just a hobby but after the first show,i decide to take it more seriously,,,,i guess i did the project cause i need it on my life.

When was your first contact with ebm music and what kind of music where you into before that?
long time ago.i guess about 17 years ago i started with all this kind of music,,before thats i usualy listen more comercial stuff like depeche mode,the cure or duran duran.

Tell us about every release so far since your demos and what to do you feel about each release?
Well our first demo was re-a-gression to be sincere i dont feel so much glad with it i did it just with an korg electribe with  4 tracks for synthetizer and 8 for percussion,,but in a way this makes think about get a better sound,,after that we did world of evil about this demo i cant tell u that i have a few songs of this period of time that never been released it,,the we did cloned and mutated that its a compilation of song and remixes we did or other bands did for us then refusing the paradise and after that we could release our firts oficial cd the silence procession on cop international recs followed by tendencias suicidas our most recently ep

What bands are you influenced from?
Hocico,Suicide Commando & Amduscia amongst others.

What does influence you to compose music?
I GUESS ALL,PERSONAL  LIFE,MUSIC AROUND THE WORLD.

So far from the titles of the tracks and the samples of each song everything is against christianity...what do you personally think about that religion and religions in general?
I think on this u are lil bit wrong,,cause im not against christianity or religion im against church i personally believe in god,,but as i said on our song infecte" i dont need an intermediary between god and me"

What else besides church do you talk about in your songs and why?
Death,suicide,human decadence,hate regular stuff you see on tv cause we live it every day i dont need to invent some stories if life its hard by their self.

You are living in Mexico.Some famous bands come from there.How hard is for a band to establish a group there and start working it's own material?
I guess hard as any place,,depends from the circunstances,,,here in mexico its dificult for a new band cause scene  its not bigger such in europe,,i guess all depends from work and keep working.

Any future plans and releases?
Sure a new cd this year,,our first presentation on europe lot of remixes for sure.

What shall we expect from the new album?
Same shit in diferent place hehe,,a few changes more instrumental this time.

What do you think of the industrial scene these days and the new bands?Any one you like?
Sure i have  a lot of names but would be a never ending list,,its always good to hear newcomers acts they always have fresh ideas.
