Hate - Erebos

Erebos is the Greek God of darkness, represents the personification of shadows, which filled in all the corners of the world. This is the new album of the Polish band Hate. Having recorded more than five albums and 3 demo tapes, this is their new proposal, something completely different from what they have been doing along these 15 years of career.

Ten amazing songs where you can see their development through all these years of experience: this is their new sound, a result of mature and the delicate process of elaboration that has created this jewel for the Blackened Death Metal scene.

One intro called “Genesis”, defines the perfect beginning for this fantastic opus, introducing us to a new way of experiences filled with some elements that has never been before part of their artistic path: some electronic sounds in the “Transsubstance” song, created to show us what these guys are able to do, innovating with every powerful riff and progressive rythms. “Wrists” is the best example to explain how the new styles in the metal scene can be mixed with the old ones to obtain a vibrant sound that will make us move our heads with its fury. We can´t forget the three songs that have attracted our attention and that will be possibly the most representative of this new era of the band: “Lux Aeterna”, “Erebos” or “Quintessence of Higher Suffering”. There´s nothing else that I can say to express their majestic virtuosity apart from…”Mighty Erebos, heal our souls!”.
