Italian black/thrash metal veterans NECRODEATH are returning shortly after their previous effort which came out this past May with "Idiosyncrasy", which will be released in October via Scarlet Records. This new effort is arguably the band's most challenging so far, both musically and lyrically, consisting in one single, 40-minute-long track picturing the band’s approach of the eternal conflict between good and evil and the struggle towards reaching interior peace against all odds. Singer Flegias and Peso are responsible for the lyrical concept of the record and they did a spectacular job, taking us into the provocative dark side of man’s idiosyncracy!

Musically this record is a synopsis of NECRODEATH's musical approach without necessarily trying to sound "progressive and forced. In fact everything is very well structured and flows  naturally that you can barely understand that this record is divided in eight parts. It’s brutal and chaotic as it should be yet atmospherical in parts, the musical aspect of this concept is very well executed with every guitar part leading you into a different fragment of the distraught mind of human, concluding with very balanced outburts in the forms of guitar solos which along with the desperate and anguished screams of Flegias take you into this unhleahty and abysmal  journey.

"Idiosyncrasy" was recorded at Outer Sound Studios in Rome, Italy and Music Art Studios in Rapallo, Italy and mixed by Giuseppe Orlando (Novembre). The artwork, is  inspired by Quentin Tarantino's classic movie "Reservoir Dogs," has been made by Nerve Design (Nile, Threshold, Vision Divine, Bulldozer). Leif Jensen (Dew-Scented) is credited as a special guest on vocals. Make sure you won’t miss  this record if you are a lover of oldschool thrash/black music as it will surely exceed your expectations with its contriving and modern approach.
